The Southern California Psychic Institute was created as a spiritual training ground to teach you how to discover your own psychic and intuitive abilities through active participation in spiritual counseling, healing and teaching.
The Southern California Psychic Institute was created in 1995 by Joel Hipps and Barbara Flo Hipps.
It is the result of their dream of a community of psychics learning, growing, creating and validating themselves
and each other.
